Mind over matter, if you think you can you will, where there’s a will there’s a way and so on and so forth ..... these very recognisable sayings that most of us will be familiar with are testament to the power of the mind but what most of us don’t appreciate is that the mind is the software to the bodies hardware and that it too needs as much if not more focus than the body.

Fatigue, stress, fear, depression, apprehension and negativity as well as joy, happiness, alertness and positivity are all created in our mind and these thoughts when brought about with feeling transmit the frequency at which our bodies vibrate.

It stands to reason therefore that in order to vibrate at the highest frequency possible we need to learn to sharpen our mind so that it works in tune with our body. We need to learn how to quieten the ‘voice in our head’ that tells us we aren’t worthy and that we don’t deserve this or that, or that we wont possibly secure this order or that contract. The Indian Monk helps you silence ‘the saboteur within’ as he works with you to unlock the true potential you possess.

The world of business is a fast moving, fast paced pressure cooker and is not for the faint hearted. Those that are relied upon to make the decisions face daily challenges of varying magnitude at every turn. This continuous roller coaster takes its toll over time and we can end up suffering fatigue, burn out and in some cases depression, some however aren’t even consciously aware that they are suffering as they are go about their daily lives ‘wired’ to cope with whatever is thrown at them, that is until they are no longer able to...

Visiting the doctor for a diagnosis to do with a bodily ailment is common practice and we happily take whatever medication is prescribed in our attempt to heal the condition. But what about getting to the root cause? What about understanding what is happening in our mind that is having an adverse affect on the frequency at which our body vibrates and is making us sick?

We are all ‘work in progress’ and we will continue to be so but by understanding how we can better understand our own mind we are giving ourselves not only the best chance at improved mind, body health, improved clarity of thought as well as creativity and vision but also the gift of inner peace.

So what price would you place on a healthy mind?
